La nueva normalidad del turismo en Fuengirola después del COVID-19

Abstract

Fuengirola, es una ciudad turística situada en Málaga, que forma parte de la conocida Costa del Sol, la cual se caracteriza por el turismo de sol y playa. En este trabajo se llevará a cabo un estudio de la localización, infraestructura turística y de los distintos tipos de turismo que se dan en dicha ciudad. En 2020 se produce un impacto en el turismo, que obliga a paralizar el turismo a nivel mundial a causa de una nueva pandemia por un virus llamado COVID-19. El virus a pesar de no tener un gran porcentaje de letalidad (lo cual varía según el país), es de muy fácil y rápida propagación. En primer lugar, se expondrá el origen y expansión del virus, para seguidamente estudiar cuál será el impacto económico en la Costa del Sol a causa del cierre de fronteras, ya que los principales mercados emisores provienen de la Unión Europea, como se espera que será su recuperación y en último lugar las medidas que se han tomado en Fuengirola, para evitar contagios y poder ofrecer un lugar turístico seguro para los turistas nacionales e internacionales que quieran viajar a Fuengirola.
