Resumen
Este estudio se centra en analizar la relación entre el capital psicológico como recurso personal y
la interacción trabajo-familia en función del género dentro del marco de la psicología
organizacional positiva y el modelo de demandas y recursos laborales. Se realizó una investigación
transversal. Se llevaron a cabo análisis descriptivos, de correlación de Pearson, una prueba t de
Student para muestras independientes y análisis de regresión lineal. Los resultados encontrados
fueron que el capital psicológico mantiene una relación significativa positiva con la interacción
positiva trabajo-familia y una relación significativa negativa con la interacción negativa trabajofamilia
La única diferencia significativa entre hombres y mujeres en el capital psicológico se
encuentra en la autoeficacia. En conclusión los resultados muestran que el capital psicológico
positivo favorece la interacción trabajo-familia, concretamente niveles altos de optimismo es lo
que más favorece.
This research is focused in analyzing the relation between the psychological capital as personal resource and the work-home interaction depending of the gender and it all encompassed in the positive organizational psychology and the job demands-resources model. A transversal research has been carried out. Descriptive analysis, Pearson Correlation and a T Student sample have been carried out for independent samples and a linear regression analysis. Finded results shown that the psychological capital maintains a significative positive relation with the positive work-home interaction and a significative negative relation with the negative work-home interaction in both genders. Regarding to the difference between men and women in terms of psychologic capital, the unique significative difference was finded in the self-efficacy. In conclusion, results shows that the positive psychological capital stimulates the work-home interaction. Specifically, they are the high levels of optimism who most stimulate this variable.
