Abstract

[ES]Este trabajo se basa principalmente en la imagen del juez y su Responsabilidad Disciplinaria, así como sus Principios Constitucionales. La importancia de la responsabilidad es imprescindible por ser el contrapeso de la independencia del juez.[EN]This work mainly addresses in the judge’s figure and his Disciplinary Responsability, as well as the Constitutional Principles. The importance about responsability is essential because is the counterpoise of the judge’s Independence.
