LA INSERCIÓN SOCIO LABORAL DE LAS MUJERES VÍCTIMAS DE LA VIOLENCIA DE GÉNERO

Abstract

[ES] Este estudio está basado en la violencia de género sobre las mujeres, más concretamente, en las ayudas que perciben este colectivo a la hora de insertarse en el ámbito laboral, por lo que, a lo largo de este trabajo podremos conocer cómo los organismos públicos prestan su ayuda para la inserción socio laboral de las mujeres víctimas de este tipo de violencia. Además de esto, también podremos conocer cómo ha ido evolucionando el papel de la mujer en el ámbito laboral a lo largo del tiempo y cómo la jurisdicción ha ido prestando cada vez más atención a este colectivo de difícil integración laboral. Para ser un poco más conscientes de este problema, conoceremos datos estadísticos sobre la violencia de género en España con el fin de entender que a pesar del cambio de mentalidad que resulta del paso del tiempo, sigue siendo un motivo de atención actual.

[EN] This study is based on gender violence on women, more specifically, on the aid that this group gets when they are incorporated into the labour world. Therefore, throughout this work we will know how the public bodies provide their help for the incorporation of women into the workplace who are victims of such violence. In addition, we will know how the role of women has evolved in the workplace over the years and how the jurisdiction has been paying more attention to this group of difficult labour integration. To be a little more aware of this problem, we will know statistical data on gender violence in Spain .Although a change of mentality has been produced; it is still a subject of current attention.
