EVALUACIÓN DEL SISTEMA DE LA LEY DE DEPENDENCIA EN ANDALUCÍA EN LA ÚLTIMA DÉCADA

Abstract

El presente trabajo fin de grado expone la evolución, en Andalucía, del sistema de dependencia implantado a raíz de la Ley 39/2006, de 14 de diciembre, de Promoción de la Autonomía Personal y Atención a las Personas en situación de Dependencia. Para ello, en primer lugar, se analiza el proceso de gestión administrativa de dicho sistema, destacando las principales modificaciones experimentadas por este, y sus correspondientes efectos, hasta la actualidad con la reciente simplificación administrativa derivada de la aprobación del Decreto-ley 3/2024, de 6 de febrero. Seguidamente, se recogen y estudian los principales datos estadísticos sobre el número y el perfil de personas beneficiarias, las prestaciones concedidas y la financiación del sistema en Andalucía comparativamente con el resto de comunidades autónomas. Por último, se muestran las principales conclusiones obtenidas de este estudio

This final degree project exposes the evolution, in Andalusia, of the dependency system implemented as a result of Law 39/2006, of December 14, on the Promotion of Personal Autonomy and Care for People in a Situation of Dependency. To do this, first of all, the administrative management process of that system is analyzed, highlighting the main modifications experienced by this, and their corresponding effects, up to the present with the recent administrative simplification derived from the approval of Decree-Law 3/2024, February 6. Then, the main statistical data on the number and profile of beneficiaries, the benefits granted and the financing of the system in Andalusia are collected and studied in comparison with the rest of the autonomous communities. Finally, the main conclusions obtained from this study are shown
