Intervención con personas sin hogar, trabajo social y arte como generadores de cambio

Abstract

Tradicionalmente ya en la actualidad aunque en menor medida, las intervenciones con personas sin hogar se han enfocado a cubrir únicamente las necesidades básicas (comida, alojamiento y vestido), tras varias investigaciones y por mi experiencia personal he podido comprobar que cubrir las necesidades básicas es importante para poder sobrevivir en la calle, pero no previene ni genera un cambio para paliar la situación en la que se encuentran las persona sin hogar. La intención de realizar este Trabajo Fin de Grado es crear una nueva vía de intervención con las personas sin hogar de Jaén, en el que, a través del arte, se fomenten la expresión de emociones, la autoestima y se creen nuevas redes sociales que sean una herramienta útil para mejorar la calidad de vida de este colectivo y aumentar la motivación para propiciar un cambio en su situación.

Traditionally and currently though of minor form, interventions with homeless people have been focused on only covering the basic needs (food, shelter and clothes), after several investigations and from my personal experience I realized that basic necessities are important in order to survive on the street, but does not prevent or generate a change to alleviate the situation that homeless people live. The intention to carry out this work is creating a new way of intervention with homeless people of Jaén, in which through the art, it encourages the expression of emotions, the self-esteem and the creation of new social networks that be a useful tool to improve the quality of life of this group and increase the motivation to provide a change in their situation.
