“El futbol en la literatura: ‘Oda a Platko’ de Rafael Alberti”

Abstract

En la literatura ha estado presente el fútbol como tema secundario durante todo el siglo XX y lo que va de siglo XXI, pero es un tema poco estudiado en el mundo literario. Por este motivo, este trabajo se adentra en el tema del deporte y el fútbol en la literatura, poniendo como eje central el poema “Oda a Plato”, de Rafael Alberti. Este trabajo comienza contextualizando el poema “Oda a Platko” en el tiempo y en el imaginario poético de los autores de la época. Posteriormente, se analiza pormenorizadamente el propio poema y el trabajo se centra principalmente en los elementos de la naturaleza utilizados por Alberti. Finalmente, el presente trabajo aborda la temática del fútbol, comparándola con la épica como forma poética que gira en torno a la figura de un héroe, y contextualiza el poema en el imaginario poético de otros autores contemporáneos.

In literature football has been present as a secondary theme throughout the 20th century and the present century, but it is usually an unknown subject in the literary world. For this reason, this work delves into the theme of sport and football in literature, focusing on the poem "Oda a Plato" by Rafael Alberti. This work begins by contextualizing the poem "Oda a Platko" in time and in the poetic imagery of the authors of the time. Later, it analyzes in detail the poem itself and focuses mainly on the natural elements (earth, water, air and fire) used by Alberti. Finally, this Final Degree Project deals with football, comparing it to the epic genre as a poetic form that revolves around the figure of a hero, and contextualizes the poem within the poetic imagery of other contemporary authors.
