Resumen
(ES) Esta unidad didáctica va dirigida a segundo ciclo de Educación Primaria, esta trata sobre la
alimentación y hábitos saludables. Este es un tema ha adquirido gran importancia estos últimos
años. En ella se propone cambiar los malos hábitos y adquirir una rutina saludable tanto de
higiene como de alimentación, también conocer los principales problemas que en nuestro día a
día sobre estos y, por último, saber las ventajas de la realización de ejercicio físico en todas las
edades.
Para ello disponemos de seis sesiones, en las que se evaluará mediante evaluación continua. Dentro
de esta vamos a tener diferentes tipos de instrumentos, una rúbrica, observación directa en clase
y un examen tipo test.
Por último, añadir que se trabaja de forma interdisciplinar en las diferentes sesiones, algunas de las
materias son: inglés, lengua y matemáticas.
(EN) This didactic unit is aimed at the second cycle of Primary Education, it deals with eating and healthy habits. This is a topic that has become very important in recent years. In it, it is proposed to change bad habits and acquire a healthy routine of both hygiene and food, also to know the main problems that in our day to day on these and, finally, to know the advantages of carrying out physical exercise in all the ages. For this we have six sessions, in which it will be evaluated through continuous evaluation. Within this we will have different types of instruments, a rubric, direct observation in class and a multiple-choice exam. Finally, add that work is done in an interdisciplinary way in the different sessions, some of the subjects are: english, language and mathematics.
