Today, getting a job is one of the goal most desired by the general population. Work is a scarce commodity in some occasion, and this is increased in certain population groups that traditionally have been excluded from the working market, such as person with disabilities. Although in reality, attempts are made to relieve this problem in the selection process, the data from official sources speak for themselves and it is a very low percentage of this group is part of the active population. The main objective of this work is to carry out a detail study on the existing measures to relieve this problem. Thereby, we have made a systematic review to learn more about the difficulties that person with disabilities have in this ambit. Specifically, in the job research process, as well as, the different programs and services available to try to relieve this job exclusión, which continues to exist today.
