LAS POLÍTICAS ACTIVAS DE EMPLEO EN JAÉN Y EL PAPEL DEL TRABAJO SOCIAL EN ESTAS

Abstract

Este trabajo trata sobre las políticas activas de empleo y el papel del Trabajo Social en ellas. Se ha elaborado analizado diferentes estudios, leyes, reglamentos.... para conseguir una comprensión de estas políticas, y algunos de los tipos que existen, tanto a nivel internacional, nacional, y provincial, destacando de este último las instituciones fundamentales de la ciudad de Jaén, además de los diferentes programas que se realizan para dar respuesta al desempleo. También se ha examinado el contexto y la evolución de dichas políticas. Por otro lado, este trabajo también tiene como objetivo destacar como el Trabajo Social contribuye a la implementación, mejora y funcionamiento de estas políticas, facilitando el acceso a los recursos, apoyando a las personas en su desarrollo tanto personal como profesional y actuando como mediadores entre beneficiarios/as y las instituciones. Además teniendo siempre presente a los colectivos vulnerables para conseguir una equidad en la ciudadanía

This paper deals with active employment policies and the role of Social Work in them. It has been elaborated analysing different studies, laws, regulations .... to get an understanding of these policies, and some of the types that exist, both at international, national, and provincial level, highlighting from the latter the fundamental institutions of the city of Jaén, as well as the different programmes that are carried out to respond to unemployment. The context and evolution of these policies has also been examined. On the other hand, this work also aims to highlight how Social Work contributes to the implementation, improvement and functioning of these policies, facilitating access to resources, supporting people in their personal and professional development and acting as mediators between beneficiaries and institutions. Moreover, always bearing in mind the vulnerable groups in order to achieve equity in citizenship
