Resumen
[ES] El objetivo principal de este trabajo es el análisis de los salarios e indicadores
salariales en España en unos determinados años (2004, 2009 y 2014) para los diferentes
sectores de actividad.
El trabajo consta de tres partes, siendo la primera una introducción al mercado laboral,
con la definición de los conceptos básicos de dicho mercado, como el mercado de trabajo, la
población activa y pasiva, salario y coste laboral; la segunda es una breve descripción de los principales aspectos de los salarios (estructura, clasificación y administración, factores determinantes de los salarios) y la última, muestra un análisis de los principales indicadores salariales (salarios pactados en convenios, coste laboral, remuneración por asalariados y coste
laboral unitario).
Las fuentes utilizadas para analizar los indicadores salariales han sido el Ministerio de Empleo y Seguridad Social, el Instituto Nacional de Estadística, el Ministerio de Economía y Competitividad y la Contabilidad Nacional de España.
[EN] The main objective of this job is the wages’ analysis and wage indicators in Spain on selected years (2004, 2009 and 2014) for the different sectors.
