Resumen
[ES] La alta incidencia de los trastornos de conducta alimentaria (TCA) y sus graves repercusiones sobre la salud de las personas que la padecen, sobre todo en edades tempranas, es desgraciadamente un tema que preocupa a numerosos profesionales de diferentes ámbitos en la actualidad.
En el programa que se presenta en este trabajo, se destaca la importancia de tener una adecuada salud emocional y por tanto un nivel adecuado de inteligencia emocional. Por esta razón, en dicho programa, dirigido a la población infantojuvenil, se incluyen actividades para que esta población logre un buen desarrollo y concepto de autoestima, autoconcepto y autoaceptación de su figura corporal.
Con este programa se pretende reeducar a los niños y hacerles conscientes de la importancia que tienen nuestras emociones en los hábitos alimenticios, y cómo estas influyen en nuestra autoestima y esta a su vez en los hábitos alimenticios.

In the program presented in this paper, the importance of having an adequate emotional health and therefore an adequate level of emotional intelligence is highlighted. For this reason, the programme, aimed at children and young people, includes activities to ensure that this population achieves a good development and a concept of self esteem, self concept and self acceptance of its body figure.
