This final project analyses the historical and legal evolution of special education, which has involved a significant improvement for education since it treats all students the same (both students with and without special needs). Then, this project focuses on the specific case of a second year Primary Education pupil with Specific Language Impairment (SLI) learning English as a Foreign Language in the ordinary class. The concept of SLI as well as its main features are researched into. Moreover, an original lesson plan has been designed in order to highlight the use of teaching materials as a motivating resource for pupils. With regard to ICT, the concept of "edutainment" intends to foster leaming through entertainment, using a variety of technological programs, since playing will favour a more significant learning for pupils
