Plan de negocio para la creación y puesta en marcha de una empresa dedicada a la fabricación y desarrollo de drones en la provincia de Jaén

Abstract

En este documento se sientan las bases de un proyecto de creación de una empresa dedicada a la reparación, mejora y desarrollo de drones en la provincia de Jaén. Se hablará de como será la idea de negocio, en que valores se fundamentará. También un análisis del sector donde hablaremos de amenazas y oportunidades. Después de hablara del aspecto interno de la empresa viendo así sus fortalezas y debilidades. Se describirá el tipo de servicio que vamos a dar, así como de otras variables referentes al marketing operativo. En el plan de operaciones daremos todos los detalles de cómo será el funcionamiento interno de la empresa, para posteriormente, en la parte de recursos humanos, establecer el perfil de los trabajadores de la empresa. También se comentará la forma jurídica elegida y el por qué de la misma. Con todo esto se hará un análisis económico y financiero para establecer la viabilidad del proyecto.

After talking about the internal aspect of the company seeing its strengths and weaknesses. We will describe the type of service we are going to provide, as well as other variables related to operational marketing. In the operations plan we will give all the details of how the internal operation of the company will be, and later, in the human resources part, we will establish the profile of the company's workers. We will also comment on the legal form chosen and the reason for it. With all this, an economic and financial analysis will be made to establish the viability of the project.
