PROGRAMA DE INTERVENCIÓN PARA DISMINUIR EL ACOSO ESCOLAR EN EDUCACIÓN PRIMARIA A TRAVÉS DEL OPTIMISMO, LA INTELIGENCIA EMOCIONAL Y EL SENTIDO DEL HUMOR

Resumen
[ES] Esta propuesta de intervención surge debido a que el acoso escolar se ha convertido en uno de los
problemas más relevantes en el contexto educativo en la actualidad. Este proyecto propone llevar a cabo
un programa de intervención que tiene como objetivo mejorar la convivencia y disminuir el acoso escolar
en Educación Primaria a través del Optimismo, la Inteligencia Emocional y el Sentido del Humor. Los
instrumentos que se aplicarán serán: 1) el test Bull‐ S (para medir el acoso escolar), 2) el TMMS‐24 (para
medir Inteligencia Emocional), 3) el LOT‐R (para medir Optimismo) y 4) el CASH (para medir Sentido del
Humor). La finalidad de esta propuesta es comprobar si, a través del trabajo y el fomento de estas tres
variables, el alumnado de 5º curso de Educación Primaria mostraría una reducción de los casos de acoso
escolar tras su aplicación. Los resultados que se esperan obtener tras su aplicación son: el Optimismo, la
Inteligencia Emocional y el Sentido del Humor aumentarán y, en consecuencia, se reducirá el acoso
escolar.
[EN] This intervention proposal appear because school bullying has become one of the most relevant problems in the educational context today. This project proposes to carry out an intervention whose objective is improve the coexistence and reduce the bullying through Optimism, Emotional Intelligence and Sense of Humor in Elementary Education. The instruments that will be employed will be: 1) Bull‐S test (to calculate the school buying), 2) TMMS‐24 (to calculate emotional intelligence), 3) LOT‐R (to calculate optimism), 4) CASH (to calculate sense of humor). The purpose of this proposal is to verify if through the work and the encourage of this three variables, the student body of 5o level of Primary Education would show a reduction in school bullying after this application.
