Resumen
[ES] Este Trabajo Fin de Grado trata de desarrollar un estudio sobre la figura del Graduado Social, profesional que ha de adaptarse al complejo y cambiante mundo de las relaciones laborales.
Además el profesional debe conseguir un grado de especialización alto en el mundo de las relaciones laborales, para poder conocerlas en todos sus ámbitos y aproximarse también a las cuestiones en materia sindical, prevención de riesgos laborales o ámbito administrativo.
Afronto este trabajo, para profundizar en el perfil profesional del grado en relaciones laborales.
El Graduado Social desempeña un papel de intermediario entre el complejo y vasto mundo del Derecho del Trabajo y los agentes de la relación laboral.
El contenido se desarrollará partiendo del origen y formación del graduado social para adentrarnos en sus funciones con una especial atención a su labor de mediación y a su presencia en la administración de justicia mediante la representación técnica.
[EN] This final year dissertation has focused on the development of a study about the role that the human resources specialist has in the complex and changing world of the labour relations. This professional has to achieve a high specialization in the world of labour relations that let him or her know all its different areas, including trade unions, occupational risk prevention or administration. The aim of this study is to take a close look at the professional profile of the human resources specialist. 5 The human resources specialist has an intermediary role between the complex and extensive world of labour law and the agents of the labour relation. The content will be developed from the origin and training of the human resources specialist to his functions, his mediator role and his presence in the administration of justice.
