(ES) Este estudio se ha focalizado en recopilar y examinar las investigaciones más recientes sobre el
incivismo laboral a través de una revisión sistemática efectuada conforme a las pautas de la
declaración PRISMA. Por otro lado, se implementó única y exclusivamente la base de datos Web
of Science, encontrando que del total de 57 estudios revisados tan solo diez cumplieron los
criterios de elegibilidad expuestos. Estos estudios abarcaron temáticas referentes al contexto de la
psicología organizacional utilizando como marco teórico la teoría de congruencia de roles, la
teoría de acontecimientos afectivos, la teoría de conservación de recursos, la teoría del
agotamiento del ego o la teoría del intercambio social. Referente a los resultados, estos se han
subdividido en antecedentes, consecuentes, mediadores y moduladores, con el objetivo final de
unificar los hallazgos teóricos y prácticos que sirven para orientar las líneas de investigación
futuras y corroborar el conocimiento contrastado hasta el momento.
(EN) This study has focused on collecting and examining the most recent research on workplace incivility through a systematic review which was carried out in accordance with the PRISMA guidelines. Besides, by using only the Web of Science database, it was subsequently found that of the 57 studies reviewed, only 10 met the eligibility criteria. These studies covered topics related to the context of organisational psychology using a theoretical framework composed by various theories such as role congruity theory, affective event theory, conservation of resource (COR), ego depletion theory or social exchange theory (SET). Concerning results, these have been subdivided in antecedent, consequent, mediators and modulators factors which the main aim is to unify both theoretical and practical findings, to guide lines of research and corroborate the knowledge to date.
