[ES]Las empresas se mueven en un ámbito económico expuesto a continuos cambios y donde predomina la incertidumbre. Éstas deben estar preparadas para afrontar estos cambios de la mejor manera posible. Por ello, es de vital importancia el diseño de
un sistema presupuestario empresarial, ya que no sólo ayuda a prever qué sucederá en los próximos meses en función de que se vayan alcanzando o no los resultados previstos, sino que permite ir adaptanJo las previsiones a los cambios que se vayan produciendo.
La realización de este trabajo ha consistido en el diseño de un sistema presupuestario empresarial de una empresa familiar, para así, ayudarle a proyectar sus metas e indicarle el mejor camino a seguir para alcanzarlas . Para ello se proyectarán tres escenarios diferentes en los que la demanda será estimada de forma realista, optimista y pesimista y así saber de qué manera comportarse en cada uno de ellos.

This work have consisted in the design of a budgetary business system far a family companyin order to help it to project its goals and show it the best way to achieve them. In that way, the company will have the opportunity to know how to behave in each of the previously mentioned scenarios.
