políticas de empleo y crisis: especial referencia al sistema nacional de garantía juvenil.

Abstract

[ES] A través del presente trabajo, pretendo establecer la relación existente entre las políticas de empleo y la crisis española iniciada en 2008 y, sobre todo, cómo dicha situación afectó, principalmente, al empleo. A raíz de este hecho, el nivel de desempleo experimentó un significativo aumento. Numerosos colectivos (entre ellos, el juvenil y los mayores de 55 años) fueron los más perjudicados. En general, las posibilidades de acceder, de nuevo, al mercado laboral disminuyeron y este hecho provocó una sensación de malestar e indignación entre la sociedad. El Gobierno Español remodeló el sistema de políticas de empleo e implantó una estrategia española para activar el empleo, como veremos más adelante en el desarrollo del tema. De forma especial, me centraré en analizar el Sistema de Garantía Juvenil, una de las políticas activas empleadas en España para garantizar el empleo entre los más jóvenes del mercado laboral.

[EN] Through the present project, I try to establish the existing relation between employment policies and the Spanish crisis that began in 2008, and above all, as this situation affected, mainly, the employment. From this fact, the level of unemployment suffered a significant increase. Numerous groups (among them, the young people and people over 55 years) were the most harmed. In general the possibilities of access, again, to the labour market reduced, and this fact caused a sensation of discomfort and indignation in the society. The Spanish Government restructured the system of employment policies and it implemented a Spanish strategy to activate employment, as we will see later in the development of the subject. In a special way, I will focus on analyzing the Youth Guarantee System, one of the active policies used in Spain to guarantee employment among the youngest in the labour market.
