Mi dieta se tambalea

Abstract

[ES]En este trabajo, se crea una unidad didáctica integrada (UDI) llamada “Mi dieta se tambalea”, que forma parte del módulo profesional de Dietoterapia, dentro del Ciclo Formativo de Grado Superior de Dietética. En primer lugar, se lleva a cabo una revisión bibliográfica a través de la cual se obtiene información sobre el tema de la nutrición y el alcohol, con el objetivo de confeccionar el contenido teórico en el que se fundamenta la UDI. En segundo lugar, entramos de lleno en el desarrollo de la unidad didáctica integrada propiamente dicha. Por último, encontraremos la bibliografía empleada en este proyecto, así como los anexos.

[EN]In this project, I create a integrated teaching unit called “ My diet wobbles”, which is part of the profesional module Dietotherapy, in the Formative cycle of higher level of Dietetics. In the first place, a bibliographic review is carried out, that offers information about the topic of nutrition and alcohol, with the aim of prepare the theoretical content in which the integrated teaching unit is based. Secondly, we deepened in the development of the integrated teaching unit. Finally, we find the bibliography used in this project, as well as the annexes.
