flexibilidad (p = <.001).
[EN] The aim of this study was to analyse the level of flexibility differentiated by sex, age and BMI in 756 (boys, n = 335; girls, n = 421) adolescents in the province of Jaén and its association with well-being and self-concept. Flexibility was measured by the Sit-and-Reach test. For well-being, an adaptation of the Veit and Ware (1983) Scoring Key-Generall Well-Being questionnaire was used and a reduced version of Marsh's The Physical Self Description questionnaire was used for self-concept. Flexibility turned out to be lower in boys than in girls (15.02cm; 18.50cm respectively), regardless of age and BMI. No relationship was found between flexibility and well- being (p> .05). Significant differences were found between flexibility and self-concept for action items (p = .001), body fat (p = .027) and flexibility (p = <.001).
