Estudio comparativo de la estructura metálica de un edificio industrial mediante el empleo de rigidizadores tipo cartela.

Abstract

[ES] Este proyecto consiste en un estudio comparativo del uso de rigidizadores de tipo cartela en una nave industrial, utilizando simulaciones numéricas mediante el software Autodesk Robot Structural Analysis Professional 2019. Se realiza el diseño de una nave con cubierta a dos aguas, y de las cargas que actúan sobre ella, diferenciando acciones permanentes y acciones variables. Una vez hechos los cálculos y obtenidos los resultados, se aplican las cargas en el mismo software. Se realizan comprobaciones por sección y estabilidad de los elementos que conforman la estructura. Con dichos resultados, se realiza un dimensionamiento de ambas estructuras, una de ellas con el uso de cartelas, y la otra sin ellas. Por último, se comparan los resultados obtenidos en ambos casos. La comparativa se realiza respecto a los diferentes resultados generados de forma individual sobre las estructuras.

[EN] This project consists of a comparative study of the use of gusset-type stiffeners in an industrial warehouse, using numerical simulations using Autodesk Robot Structural Analysis Professional 2019 software. The design of a warehouse with a gabled roof is made, and of the loads that act on it, differentiating permanent actions and variable actions. Once the calculations have been made and the results obtained, the loads are applied in the same software. Checks are made by section and stability of the elements that make up the structure. With these results, a dimensioning of both structures is carried out, one of them with the use of brackets, and the other without them. Finally, the results obtained in both cases are compared. The comparison is made with respect to the different results generated individually on the structures.
