COMPLEJO RURAL ECOCAZOR

Abstract

[ES] Según la normativa y con el objetivo marcado por la Universidad de Jaén, fijado en el RD 1393/2007 de 29 de octubre, modificado por el RD 861/2010 de 2 de Julio, en el cual se recoge la obligación de realización y defensa de un Trabajo fin de Grado para finalizar las enseñanzas de Grado, y en este caso de Grado en Turismo, en la Universidad de Jaén, se realiza el siguiente proyecto. Se trata de un plan de negocio se ha realizado siguiendo las bases marcadas por el Ministerio de Industria, Energía y Turismo, en su página web, las pautas marcadas por el programa Innova de la Universidad Politécnica de Catalunya, y por los conceptos adquiridos por el alumno durante su docencia en Grado en Turismo. La motivación principal del proyecto es la observación de una oportunidad de negocio en el ámbito turístico de la zona turística Sierra de Cazorla, en la cual no está suficientemente explotado un nicho de mercado el cual cada día toma mayor importancia, el concepto de “turismo ecológico”. En la actualidad hay un movimiento de tendencia ascendente de concienciación de la población con temas como la conservación del medio ambiente, el uso de energías renovables y la reducción de la contaminación. Es por ello que se aprovecha este trabajo para diseñar un plan de actividad turística sostenible, en la Sierra de Cazorla, con el objetivo de empezar a poner en valor ahora estos nuevos movimientos que van a acompañar con toda seguridad a las generaciones futuras.

[EN] This project is made according to the rules and with the target set by the University of Jaén, which are set in RD 1393/2007 of October 29, modified in RD 861/2010 of 2 July, in which the obligation of realization and defense of a project in order to finish the studies at University of Jaén, in this case the studies of Tourism. This is a business plan has been made following the rules described by the Ministry of Industry, Energy and Tourism, on its website, the guidelines set by the Innova program at the Polytechnic University of Catalonia, and the knowledge acquired at University of Jaén the last five years. The main motivation for making the project is the detection of a business opportunity, as ecological tourism is not sufficiently exploited in the zone. This type of tourism is increasingly important. Currently the movement of environment conservation is a trend in society, and it will be more important for futures generations. In this project, the opportunity is exploited, which according to studies and calculations, it provides an important benefit.
