INTERNAMIENTO EN CENTROS PSIQUIÁTRICOS DE PERSONAS INIMPUTABLES: EL TRABAJO SOCIAL COMO INSTRUMENTO DE ACCION SOCIAL

Abstract

El presente Trabajo Fin Grado se basa en el estudio del inicio y estado actual de los centros psiquiátricos penitenciarios, destacando así mismo las problemáticas actuales que existen en estos centros. Para poder recopilar toda la documentación bibliográfica se ha llevado a cabo un análisis que se fundamenta en la lectura de diferentes libros, artículos de revistan que traten sobre el tema, normativas penales e informes. También se ha aportado una reflexión crítica que tratará las conclusiones finales obtenidas con la realización del T.F.G.

This text is based on the study of the beginning and current context of psychiatric prisons, highlighting the current problems that take place in these centers. The bibliographic documentation has been gathered together through an analysis base on different books, articles connected with the topic, Penal regulations and reports. A critical reflection has also been provided which will address the final conclusions obtained with the carrying out of this work.
