Abstract

Uno de los problemas asociados a la gestión de los subproductos generados por el olivar y sus industrias es el coste asociado a su logística de acopio y suministro, debido a su baja densidad energética. Es, por ello, fundamental encontrar soluciones logísticas que permitan optimizar este coste y hacer que su valorización resulte más competitiva.

One of the problems associated with the management of the by-products generated by the olive grove and its industries is the cost associated with its collection and supply logistics, due to its low energy density. It is, therefore, essential to find logistical solutions that allow optimizing this cost and making its valuation more competitive.
