Resumen
El proyecto se basa en la descripción y análisis del proceso productivo de una empresa cuya actividad
principal es la elaboración de galletas, con la finalidad de hallar la causa raíz a las anomalías encontradas
durante la producción y desarrollar una serie de propuestas de mejora que pretendan conseguir reducir el
nivel de desperdicio actual de la empresa a un objetivo previamente establecido.
En función de su viabilidad y la reducción esperada del desperdicio, se escogen las medidas de mejora a
implantar, para finalmente, comprobar su eficacia después de un horizonte temporal de un año.
This proyect is based on the description and analysis of the production process of a company whose main activity is the production of biscuits, with the purpose of finding the root cause of the anomalies that appeared during the production and develop a list of improvement measures that seek to reduce the company’s current level of waste to a previously established goal. According to their viability and expected waste reduction, the improvement measures to be implemented are selected, to finally check their effectiveness after a time horizon of one year.
