El Voluntariado y su vinculación con el Trabajo Social

Abstract

El trabajo aborda el concepto de voluntariado, los cambios que hay del término y aplicación desde sus inicios hasta la actualidad de una manera general, teniendo en cuenta la vinculación en la historia del Estado de Bienestar, el Trabajo Social y el voluntariado. Evoluciona explicando principalmente la relación entre voluntariado y Trabajo social y centrándose en el voluntariado social y en la vinculación de los profesionales del Trabajo social con las personas voluntarias, hasta terminar con una realización de un Plan de Acción del voluntariado social

The work addresses the concept of volunteering, the changes in the term and application from its beginnings to the present in a general way, taking into account the link in the history of the Welfare State, Social Work and volunteering. The work evolves, mainly explaining the relationship between volunteering and social work and focusing on social volunteering and the link between social work professionals and volunteers, until it ends with an Action Plan for social volunteering
