Estudio y auditoría energética del edificio de servicios generales y biblioteca del campus científico tecnológico de linares

Abstract

[ES]Con el presente proyecto se pretende conseguir un considerable ahorro energético del edificio de Servicios Generales y Biblioteca del Campus Científico-Tecnológico de Linares, perteneciente a la Universidad de Jaén.

Para llevar a cabo este estudio y auditoría energética, se han realizado continuas visitas al edificio en cuestión y con ayuda del encargado de mantenimiento del Campus, para obtener los datos característicos de consumo, envolvente y horarios de utilización, y así conocer el uso que se le está dando al centro con el fin de decidir las mejoras óptimas que se van a implantar en este.

Una vez realizadas las visitas que se han comentado anteriormente y con los datos que se han recogido en la plataforma virtual de la Universidad, se ha llevado a cabo el estudio y a raíz de esto se ha propuesto las medidas de ahorro energético, valorando si es viable la implantación de estas.

[EN]This project aims to achieve considerable energy savings from the General Services Building and the Science and Technology Campus Library in Linares, belonging to the Univeristy of Jaén.

In order to carry out this study and energy audit, ongoing visits to the specific building have been undertaken. The Campus maintenance man’s collaboration helped to gather characteristic data concerning consumption, building surrounding and operating hours, as well as learn about the use given to the centre with a view to choose the best practices to be implemented.

Once the previously mentioned visits concluded and having the collected data from the university virtual platform, the study was carried out. Consequently, some energy saving measures have been proposed by assessing whether the implementation of these is viable.
