ESTADO DE BIENESTAR, SECTOR PÚBLICO Y POLÍTICAS ECONÓMICAS

Abstract

[ES] La revisión bibliográfica conceptualiza, por un lado, la política social y describe los factores responsables de su aparición; por otro lado, se define el concepto de Estado de Bienestar, se analizan los objetivos de éste y los modelos existentes. Se analiza la evolución del Estado de Bienestar en España desde la democracia, explicando que ha sido el resultado de diferentes factores. Por último, se realiza un balance del recorrido de las políticas sociales que configuran el Estado de Bienestar y se plantean propuestas para mejorar la gestión de éste. En la segunda parte, se plantea una Unidad Didáctica. Las principales aportaciones de ésta a la formación de los alumnos son tres. Conseguir que desarrollen sus capacidades para explicar el funcionamiento y la composición de los Presupuestos Generales del Estado. Conocer el papel de la política fiscal en la economía. Reconocer la importancia del Estado del Bienestar en nuestra sociedad.

[EN] This literature review conceptualizes, firstly, social politics and describes the responsible factors for their appearance. Secondly, Welfare State' s concept is defined, the aims and the models of this Welfare State is defined too. The review analyses the evolution of Welfare State in Spain since democracy's arrival, explaining that it is caused because of different factors. Finally, 1 write a balance of the walk of the social politics which make up the Welfare State and I suggest sorne proposals to enhance the management. In the second part, a Didactic Unit appears. The principal contributions of this to the formation of the pupils are three. First, they must develop his aptitudes to explain the functioning and the composition of the General State' s Budgets. Secondly, they have to know the paper of the fiscal politics in the economy. Thirdly, they have to admit the importance of the Welfare State in our society.
