Resumen
[ES]Propuesta de Unidad Didáctica con la que se intenta dar solución a algunos de los problemas que ocurren en clase
de Educación Física a diario, como es la escasa participación y motivación de los alumnos en esta. Ante esta
situación, aparece el RinGol, una modalidad deportiva que nace para dar respuesta a la inquietud de diferentes
profesores y profesionales de EF que querían solucionar la falta de participación y escasa motivación de los alumnos
hacia la práctica de actividad física Debido a que, la práctica de la misma desciende de forma progresiva conforme
aumenta la edad del adolescente. Por lo tanto, la UD presentada de esta modalidad deportiva dispone de un
carácter educativo que integra actividad física, cooperación, inclusión y coeducación con la intención de buscar la
máxima participación.

In this situation, RinGol appears, a sport that was born to respond to the concerns of different professors and PE professionals who wanted to solve the lack of participation and poor motivation of the students towards the practice of physical activity. The practice of the same decreases progressively as the adolescent's age increases. Therefore, the presented UD of this sport has an educational character that integrates physical activity, cooperation, inclusion and coeducation with the intention of seeking maximum participation.
