Resumen
En este trabajo de fin de máster se aborda el desarrollo de una unidad didáctica. Dicha unidad ha sido diseñada para el aprendizaje de los contenidos relacionados con la alimentación, la salud y el aparato digestivo, y está enfocada al tercer curso de la Educación Secundaria Obligatoria.
Esta unidad didáctica se ha creado teniendo en cuenta las ideas previas del alumnado al que va dirigida y se han propuesto actividades en función de ellas con el objetivo de alcanzar un aprendizaje significativo de los conceptos.
Para alcanzar este objetivo, se han utilizado diversas metodologías, como la enseñanza transmisiva tradicional, la enseñanza basada en el aprendizaje cooperativo, el uso de las tecnologías de la información y la comunicación (TIC), la gamificación, el aprendizaje basado en problemas (PBL) y la creación de actividades prácticas.
El objetivo final de esta unidad didáctica es alcanzar el desarrollo de las competencias clave y los objetivos propuestos.
In this Master's thesis we present the development of a didactic unit. This has been designed to teach contents related to food, health and the digestive system and is focused on the third year of compulsory secondary education at the I.E.S. Juan Ramón Jiménez, located in Moguer (Huelva). This didactic unit has been created taking into account the previous ideas of the students to whom it is addressed, proposing activities based on them, with the aim of achieving a significant learning of the concepts. With this objective in mind, different methodologies have been used, such as traditional transmission teaching, teaching based on cooperative learning, the use of Information and Communication Technologies (ICT), Problem Based Learning (PBL) and the creation of practical activities. The final objective of this didactic unit is to achieve the development of the key competences and the objectives set.
