Smart Cities, una ciudad sostenible

Abstract

El concepto de Smart Cities tiene como objetivo incrementar la calidad de vida en las ciudades a través del uso de tecnología inteligente. El objetivo es mejorar la calidad y eficiencia de los servicios prestados a fin de producir un desarrollo de la ciudad económica y ambientalmente sostenible. Para lograr tal fin, cualquier ciudadano debería poder expresarse y dejar patente tanto su satisfacción como su denuncia en aquellas cuestiones que le atañen de su municipio. Para ello se plantea la creación de una herramienta software como espacio de intercambio de opinión común en el que se permita la comunicación activa entre los ciudadanos y las administraciones públicas pertinentes.

The aim of the Smart Cities concept is to increase the quality of life in cities through the use of intelligent technology. The objective is to improve the quality and efficiency of the services provided in order to produce an economically and environmentally sustainable development of the city. To achieve this, any owner should be able to express and leave the patent as well as their satisfaction in what matters to their municipality. For this purpose, the creation of a software tool as a space for the exchange of common opinion in which active communication between citizens and the relevant public administrations is allowed.
