Resistencia a antibióticos en cepas de enterococos aislados de heces de ratón

Abstract

[ES]En este estudio queremos observar si una dieta rica en grasa determinada puede producir una alteración de la flora gastrointestinal favoreciendo la proliferación de algunos grupos bacterianos que presenten dichas resistencia. Para ello hemos centrado en el género Enterococcus, el cual puede presentar estas resistencias a antibióticos y podremos obserar si existe una relación con el tipo de dieta administrada al hospedador, todo ello como método de adaptacion de estos microorganismos a un entorno cambiante.

[EN]In this study we want observe if a determinate grease diet can produce a change in the intestinal flora or in a determinat bacteria group on the gut and if it assists the proliferation of someone particular bacterial groups that present resistance. For it we have centre on the genus Enterococcus, which can have this resistance to antibiotics and we will be able to observe if exist a relationship with the king of diet on the host. All this like a method of naturalization, where these microorganisms to change environment.
