The present TFG consists of the design of the union of the sandwich panels that make up the drawer of a refrigerated vehicle. The manufacturing company to which the student belongs wishes to investigate a new solution obtained through 3D printing. The work involves the construction of a numerical model (using finite elements) of the piece and perform various simulations to characterize its behavior. For such calculations, the current regulations will be consulted. Then, test tubes will be printed in order to test them. The experimental program will be designed specifically for these, also designing the necessary tools and manufacturing them in order to be able to carry out the tests. The work supposes, therefore, a complete numerical and experimental program that includes from the design of models, simulations and tests, the 3D impression of the designed model, the execution in itself of the tests and the later analysis of the results and writing of conclusions .
