Criterios de valoración de fondos de inversión

Abstract

[ES]Este trabajo tiene como objetivo un acercamiento hacia los fondos de inversión desde una perspectiva teórica y práctica. En primer lugar, se desarrolla el concepto y la configuración de los fondos de inversión identificando las entidades que los gestionan y las variables más relevantes que deberán tener en cuenta los inversores antes de invertir su patrimonio. En segundo lugar, se realiza un análisis del rendimiento que los fondos de inversión han tenido en España desde el año 2000 al 2015 para facilitar una proyección de su evolución y, por último, se concluye aplicando todos los conceptos desarrollados a la valoración y selección de un fondo de inversión

[EN]This work aims to approach investment funds from a theoretical and practical perspective. First, the concept and configuration of mutual funds is developed by identifying the entities that manage them and the most relevant variables that investors should take into account before investing their assets. Second, there is an analysis of the performance that investment funds have had in Spain from the year 2000 to 2015 to facilitate a projection of their evolution and, finally, is concluded applying all the concepts developed to the valuation and selection of an investment fund.
