Resumen
El rendimiento en los cultivos (como, por ejemplo, el olivar) es reducido por enfermedades causadas por
hongos fitopatógenos que son una gran amenaza, produciendo daños y severas pérdidas económicas en el
sector agroalimentario. El uso de productos químicos para controlar estas enfermedades en las plantas, es
excesivo y tóxico en muchas situaciones, perjudicando la salud humana y el medio ambiente. Por esta razón,
es importante buscar alternativas que sean eficientes para su control. En este trabajo, se evaluó la actividad
antifúngica de seis derivados pirimidínicos (4k, 4m, 4n, 4p, 4q y 4r) sobre el crecimiento de Fusarium
oxysporum, Pseudocercospora cladosporioides, Rhizopus sp., Verticillium dahliae 2397 y Verticillium dahliae
A112. También se estudió el efecto antifúngico a distintas concentraciones del derivado 4n, sobre el
crecimiento de Vd. 2397. Finalmente, se evaluó el efecto fitotóxico de estos derivados sobre la germinación
y el crecimiento de Lactuca sativa var. Maravilla de Verano.
The yield in crops (such as, for example, the olive grove) is reduced by diseases caused by phytopathogenic fungi that are a great threat, causing damage and severe economic losses in the agri-food sector. The use of chemical products to control these diseases in plants is excessive and toxic in many situations, damaging human health and the environment. For this reason, it is important to look for alternatives that are efficient for its control. In this work, the antifungal activity of six pyrimidine derivatives (4k, 4m, 4n, 4p, 4q and 4r) on the growth of Fusarium oxysporum, Pseudocercospora cladosporioides, Rhizopus sp., Verticillium dahliae 2397 and Verticillium dahliae A112 was evaluated. The antifungal effect was also studied at different concentrations of derivative 4n, on the growth of Vd. 2397. Finally, the phytotoxic effect of these derivatives on the germination and growth of Lactuca sativa var. Summer Wonder.
