[ES]El presente trabajo se compone de dos partes, la primera de ellas es una fundamentación teórica por medio de la cual se hará una aproximación a varios conceptos y cuestiones referentes a la guerra civil española y el estado de la misma dentro del ámbito educativo, analizando los problemas que plantea tratar este tema en las aulas en la actualidad, que han sido ocasionados por su maltratamiento en años anteriores a la renovación de la legislación educativa y los nuevos descubrimientos que han proporcionado las investigaciones y estudios actuales. Por otra parte, este tema tal y como se mostrará no ha podido ser tratado correctamente dados los fallos en las metodologías tradicionales de enseñanza y aprendizaje
[EN]The present work is made up of two parts, the first of which is a theoretical foundation through which an approach will be made to various concepts and issues regarding the Spanish civil war and its status within the educational field, analyzing the Problems of dealing with this topic in classrooms today, which have been caused by their mistreatment in years prior to the renewal of educational legislation and the new discoveries that current research and studies have provided. On the other hand, this topic, as will be shown, could not be dealt with correctly given the flaws in traditional teaching and learning methodologies. Within this review, an analysis of the value of this topic in the educational field will be made, since it contributes to improving the civic and citizen values of the student body, as well as enhancing their critical thinking, also helping them to empathize with the cultural historical heritage that the A warlike fact has bequeathed us, such as the posters of the Spanish civil war that we will use in this work.
