Resumen
La finalidad de este estudio es comprobar si la rehabilitación de la central minihidroeléctrica de Río Frío es viable desde el punto de vista técnico y financiero. Para ello en primer lugar realizaremos un estudio sobre el estado actual de todos los elementos de la central y a continuación calcularemos aproximadamente el coste de rehabilitación de cada uno de ellos con lo que, finalmente, obtendremos un precio aproximado para la rehabilitación completa de la central. El siguiente paso sería estudiar el caudal de la central para poder obtener la potencia que esta central entregaría a la red, para ello obtenemos la potencia generada por la central en un año medio. Con estos datos podremos empezar el análisis de viabilidad financiera, el cual nos dirá finalmente si la rehabilitación es rentable o no.
The purpose of this study is to check if the rehabilitation of the Río Frío mini-hydroelectric power plant is feasible from a technical and financial point of view. To this end, we will first carry out a study of the current state of all the elements of the plant and then we will calculate the approximate cost of rehabilitating each one of them so that, finally, we will obtain an approximate price for the complete rehabilitation of the plant. The next step would be to study the flow rate of the plant in order to obtain the power that this plant would deliver to the grid, for this we obtain the power generated by the plant in an average year. With this data we can start the financial feasibility analysis, which will finally tell us if the rehabilitation is profitable or not.
