INFLUENCIA BIOCLIMÁTICA Y DE LAS TÉCNICAS DE CULTIVO EN LA PRODUCCIÓN DEL OLIVAR EN BEAS DE SEGURA

Abstract

[ES] Son muchos los factores que intervienen en el desarrollo del cultivo del olivar, en este trabajo se analiza la influencia de la climatología, técnicas de cultivo y características del terreno, durante un periodo de 16 años, en la producción de 8 parcelas de olivar distribuidas en el término municipal de Beas de Segura. Mediante el cálculo de los índices bioclimáticos desarrollados por Rivas Martínez se realizó un análisis de correlación con las producciones de las diferentes parcelas para ver la relación entre ambos parámetros. La conclusión extraída de este trabajo es que aunque la climatología tiene un peso importante en el desarrollo de la cosecha en el olivar, ésta puede verse compensada por otros parámetros, como la pendiente, características edáficas y volumen de copa del árbol.

[EN] There are so many factors that influence in the develop of the olive crop, the aim of this project is analize the effects of the climatology, cultivation technicals and the characteristics of the land, along sixteen years period, in the producction of eight plots of olive cultivation which are distribut in the municipal area of Beas de Segura. By the calculate of bioclimatic rates developed by Rivas Martinez was done a correlation analisys with the producction of differents plots to see the relations among both parameters. The conclusion of this project is that although the climatology have a big importance in the growth of the olive grove´s harvest, this may see compensed by other parameters, like the slope, edaphics characteristics and the volume of top of the tree.
