La realidad social de las mujeres rurales a través de una perspectiva ecofeminista

Abstract

En este proyecto, se trata de proporcionar una visión de las condiciones de vida de las mujeres en el medio rural, para lo que utilizaremos el ecofeminismo como marco teórico y punto de partida para abordar nuestro análisis. Así pues, podremos sumergirnos en las diferencias sociales existentes entre hombres y mujeres, fundadas en la subordinación del sexo femenino ante el masculino y, a su vez, en la relación que guarda este mismo hecho con el descuido del medio ambiente por parte de la sociedad. La situación de desigualdad se ve aún más acentuada en el medio rural de manera que se tratará de conocer la realidad existente en este medio. Por último, se vinculará la figura del/la trabajador/a social a este tema para conocer los diferentes recursos a los que optan estas mujeres para su desarrollo y reconocimiento socialThe aim of this project is to provide an insight into the living conditions of women in rural areas, using ecofeminism as a theoretical framework and starting point for our analysis. Thus, we will be able to immerse ourselves in the existing social differences between men and women, based on the subordination of the female sex to the male and, in turn, in the relationship between this same fact and the neglect of the enviroment by society. The situation of inequality is even more accentuated in rural areas, so that we will try to know the existing reality in this environment. Finally, the figure of the social worker will be linked to this topic to learn about the different resources available to these women for their development and social recognition
