dc.description.abstractEl presente Trabajo Fin de Grado (TFG) tiene como objetivo analizar cuál es la situación laboral de las personas con diversidad funcional en España y en Andalucía, haciendo mención a la provincia de Jaén. Además, trata de conocer cuál ha sido la evolución del mercado de trabajo de las personas con diversidad funcional en los últimos siete años en España. Para llegar a este objetivo es necesario saber cuáles son los elementos facilitadores y los obstáculos que se les presentan a las personas con diversidad funcionales_ES
dc.description.abstractThe objective of this Final Project (TFG) is to analyze the employment situation of people with functional diversity in Spain and Andalusia, with reference to the province of Jaén. In addition, it tries to know what has been the evolution of the labor market of people with functional diversity in the last seven years in Spain. In order to reach this objective, it is necessary to know which are the facilitating elements and the obstacles that are presented to people with functional diversityes_ES
