LOS ROLES DE GÉNERO EN LA CRIANZA EN EL ÁMBITO FAMILIAR

Abstract

Los roles de género se han presenciado notablemente a lo largo de la historia en nuestra sociedad, generando así una desigualdad en todos los ámbitos. En este Trabajo Final de Grado se refleja el diseño de un proyecto de intervención, donde el Trabajo Social desempeña un papel crucial, el cual va dirigido a padres y madres con sus hijos e hijas. Se centra en el objetivo de la anulación de los estereotipos en la crianza en lo máximo posible, así como concienciar y enseñar justamente a las familias el gran éxito que supondría esta transformación dentro del ámbito familiar. Para ello, previamente se recopila información imprescindible poniendo en contexto a los participantes sobre los roles de género en la crianza en el ámbito familiar, abordando la problemática existente a día de hoy

Gender roles have been witnessed notably throughout history in our society, thus generating inequality in all areas. This Final Degree Project reflects the design of an intervention project, where Social Work plays a crucial role, which is aimed at fathers and mothers with their sons and daughters. It is centered on the objective of annulling stereotypes in parenting as much as possible, as well as raising awareness and teaching families about the great success that this transformation would entail within the family environment. To this end, essential information is gathered beforehand, setting the scene about gender roles in parenting in the family environment, addressing the problems that exist today
