ANÁLISIS COOPERATIVO Y FIGURA DE LA VENTA EXTERNA DEL SOCIO

Abstract

[ES] En el siguiente trabajo he realizado un estudio sobre cooperativas en el que he tratado de hacer un análisis de la posibilidad de la venta externa del producto en la Sociedad Cooperativa Agraria Andaluza. Para ello lo primero que he realizado es un análisis sobre la Sociedad Cooperativa y de los distintos tipos de cooperativas existentes y posteriormente sobre el socio cooperativo en las configuraciones existentes que tiene la figura, hay que destacar que según la estructura que se adopte tanto en la cooperativa como en la manera que se realice la colaboración como socio habrá una gran gama de regulaciones y procedimientos que seguir. Finalmente he realizado un estudio, enfocándome como un abogado que asesora a un socio cooperativo, ante el cual he intentado aclarar el proceso de entrega o venta externa ante el producto, de su propia explotación, que posee una persona socia de una cooperativa agraria andaluza.
