SE TRATA DE UN ESTUDIO EMPIRICO QUE TIENE COMO OBJETIVO COMPROBAR SI CIERTOS FACTORES DE PERSONALIDAD Y DE INTELIGENCIA EMOCIONAL PUEDEN ACTUAR COMO PREDICTORES DE ESTRÉS LABORAL (BURNOUT) EN PROFESORES DE EDUCACION SECUNDARIA. PARA ELLO, SE ADMINISTRARON DIVERSAS PRUEBAS A LOS SUJETOS DE LA MUESTRA, LOS CUALES PARTICIPARON DE FORMA VOLUNTARIA EN LA INVESTIGACION. EN LOS RESULTARON SE ENCONTRARON CORRELACIONES ENTRE PERSONALIDAD E INTELIGENCIA EMOCIONAL CON EL BURNOUT, SIN EMBARGO, LAS CORRESPONDIENTES A LA INTELIGENCIA EMOCIONAL NO PARECEN PREDECIR EL SINDROME.
THIS IS AN EMPIRICAL STUDY WITH THE AIM TO CHECK IF CERTAIN FACTORS PERSONALITY AND EMOTIONAL INTELLIGENCE CAN BE JOB STRESS PREDICTORS (BURNOUT) IN SECONDARY EDUCATION TEACHERS. FOR THIS, VARIOUS TESTS WERE ADMINISTERED TO SUBJECTS, WHICH VOLUNTARILY PARTICIPATE IN THE RESEARCH. WERE FOUND A CORRELATION BETWEEN PERSONALITY AND EMOTIONAL INTELLIGENCE WITH BURNOUT, HOWEVER, THE RELATIVE TO EMOTIONAL INTELLIGENCE NOT SEEM TO PREDICT THE SYNDROME.
