Resumen
Este trabajo de fin de grado se basa en la realización de un aporte a una aplicación para el desarrollo de gemelos
digitales, que se está llevando a cabo por el Departamento de Ingeniería Electrónica y Automática.
El aporte a la aplicación trata el desarrollo de la iluminación de una escena digital, mediante el cual se han añadido
distintos tipos de iluminación, para mejorar la visualización de la misma.
El trabajo también incluye la realización del gemelo digital de la estación FMS-210 de Siemens. Para su desarrollo se ha
realizado un modelado 3D y la simulación del control de calidad de la pieza. Se ha implementado el gemelo digital de la
estación en base a la aplicación y se ha realizado un proceso sencillo de demostración en TIA Portal.
This final degree project is based on making a contribution to an application for the development of digital twins, which is being carried out by the Department of Electronic and Automatic Engineering. The contribution to the application deals with the development of the lighting of a digital scene, through which different types of lighting have been added, to improve its visualization. The project also includes the realisation of the digital twin of the Siemens FMS-210 station. For its development, 3D modelling and the simulation of the quality control of the part have been carried out. The digital twin of the station has been implemented in the application and a simple demo process has been carried out in the TIA Portal.
