Resumen
[ES] El presen te trabajo de fin de grado, basado en el sector del aceite
de oliva en España y sus competidores, hace un análisis somero de
este producto, analizando sus variedades a través de su historia,
desde sus orígenes y su introducción en España por los romanos
hasta el momento actual. Analizando el producto y el sector desde
los ámbitos temporal, territorial, cualitativo y cuantitativo y
haciendo un análisis comparado de los principales competidores
de España, especialmente en lo que concierne a los países de la
cuenca mediterránea, Italia, Turquía y Grecia, y las relaciones
comerciales entre todos ellos, reflejando su impacto en la
economía sectorial de cada uno de ellos y su aportación a nivel
mundial.
[EN] The present end-of-degree project, based on the olive oil sector in Spain and its competitors, makes a summary analysis of this product, analyzing its varieties through its history, from its origins and its introduction in Spain by the Romans so far today. Analyzing the product and the sector from the temporal, territorial, qualitative and quantitative spheres and making a comparative analysis of the main competitors of Spain, especially as regards the countries of the Mediterranean basin, Italy, Turkey and Greece, and the relations among all of them, reflecting their impact on the sectorial economy of each of them and their contribution worldwide.
