Modelo De Calidad En Una Fábrica De Alimentación “Galletera” Y La Necesidad De Un Estudio De Vida Útil De Galletas Para Poder Ser Comercializadas.

Abstract

[ES] Las Normas IFS y Normas BRC, son certificaciones en calidad y seguridad alimentaria, si bien son muy similares en cuanto a nivel de exigencia, existen algunas diferencias a tener en cuenta al momento de decidir que certificación es más adecuada para cada empresa. Estas al implantarlas demuestran que la empresa es capaz de proporcionar productos que cumplen con ciertos requisitos y satisfacen las diferentes necesidades de los clientes. A través de la realización de este modelo de calidad se busca facilitar el entendimiento de los requisitos de las normas. En el desarrollo de este TFM se diseñará una metodología, de fases determinadas y recomendaciones sistemáticas y así orientar del como cumplir con los requisitos de la versión actual de la Norma. Por último, se elaborará una guía para la determinación de vida útil de productos de la empresa, la cual se someterá a un estudio real, con el fin de comprobar su validez para la empresa y si esta se considera una herramienta útil.

[EN] IFS and BRC standards are food safety and quality certifications, although they are very similar in terms of requirements, there are some differences to take into account when deciding which certification is more suitable for each company. These certifications, once implemented, demonstrate that the company is able to offer products that meet certain requirements and satisfy the different needs of customers. The purpose of this quality model is to facilitate the understanding of the requirements of the standards. In the development of this TFM, a methodology will be designed, with determined phases and systematic recommendations to guide on how to comply with the requirements of the current version of the Standard. Finally, a guide for the determination of the useful life of the company's products will be elaborated, which will be submitted to a real study, in order to check its validity for the company and if it is considered a useful tool.
