However, certain diets are correlated with serious illnesses through the growth those bacteria selected by diet. Hence the benefit of studying the relationship between different types of diets and their impact on the microbiota. This study belong in the relationship between the intestinal microbiota and different kinds of diets, studying the cross antagonism between enterococci isolated from mice’s feces feed diets with different types of diets. Our study concluded establishing differences in the cross antagonism depending for the origin from strains of enterococci. Today this kind of studies has an important impact on the field of personalized medicine, deepening the knowledge of the intestinal microbiota in order to treat diseases of great burden by using personalized diets.
