Resumen
El presente Trabajo Final de Máster desarrolla un Programa de Orientación e Intervención Psicopedagógica basado en Inteligencia Emocional. El programa aborda las tres áreas de intervención en las que se basa la Orientación educativa: la Acción Tutorial, la Atención a la Diversidad y la Orientación Académica y Profesional. Está dirigido al primer curso de Educación Secundaria Obligatoria del colegio interno privado “Unamuno” de Málaga, compuesto por 18 alumnos y adaptado a las Necesidades Específicas de Apoyo Educativo asociadas a un trastorno por déficit de atención e hiperactividad (TDAH) de un alumno del grupo.
Con la puesta en marcha de este programa se busca mejorar el rendimiento académico, disminuir la
incidencia de conductas disruptivas, desarrollar las competencias emocionales del alumnado y
conseguir la mejora del clima escolar en el centro.
The present work develops an Orientation and Psychopedagogical Intervention Program based on Emotional Intelligence. The program adresses the three areas of intervention upon Educational Guidance is based: Tutorial Action, Attention to Diversity and Academic and Professional Guidance. It is aimed at the first year of Compulsory Secondary Education of the private boarding school "Unamuno" in Malaga. Study conducted on 18 students and adapted to the Specific Need of Educational Support associated with an attention deficit hyperactivity disorder (ADHD) of one of the students in the group. The program aims to improve academic performance, reduce the incidence of disruptive behaviours, develop the emotional skills of students and improve the school climate in the center.
