ESTUDIO SOBRE LOS EFECTOS DE LA ROBOTIZACIÓN EN LA ORGANIZACION DEL TRABAJO Y EL FACTOR HUMANO. ANÁLISIS DEL CASO DE UNA EMPRESA INDUSTRIAL

Abstract

Este TFG tiene como objetivo estudiar el impacto de la robotización y la inteligencia artificial (IA) en la organización del trabajo y factor humano. Es innegable que los puestos de trabajo están experimentando una constante evolución debido a la tecnología, en general, y a la IA y la robotización, en particular. Concretamente, ambos elementos permiten una mejora de la productividad y de la calidad de vida de los trabajadores. En paralelo, suponen la creación de nuevos puestos de trabajo aunque también la eliminación de otros más manuales o tradicionales. Por todo ello, este trabajo analiza el impacto que esta automatización tiene tanto en el empleo como en las distintas políticas de dirección de recursos humanos en las empresas. Finalmente, se analizará un caso de una empresa industrial que ha sufrido una gran transformación en cuanto a robotización e IA se refiere.

This Undergraduate Thesis aims to study the impact of robotization and artificial intelligence (AI) on theorganization of work and the human factor. It is undeniable that jobs are undergoing constant evolution due to technology, in general, and AI and robotization, in particular. Specifically, both elements allow for an improvement in the productivity and quality of life of workers. At the same time, they involve the creation of new jobs but also the elimination of other more manual or traditional ones. For all these reasons, this document analyzes the impact that this automation has both on employment and on the different human resources management policies in companies. Finally, a case of an industrial company that has undergone a great transformation in terms of robotization and AI will be analyzed.
